Diagnostic Services At A Glance
Faison offers ADOS-2 Administration as well as autism diagnostic services and behavioral evaluation services within our Behavioral Health Clinic to assess learning and developmental concerns including:
- Autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
- Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
- Behavioral and emotional disorders
We diagnose autism and other developmental disabilities. Our testing and evaluations also measure various abilities such as those related to intelligence, executive function (planning, organization, logical reasoning, etc.), attention, memory, learning, language, motor skills, social skills, and more. With clear assessment and evaluation, clients are provided a profile that guides instruction, identifies changes in functions, supports recommendations for school or workplace accommodations, and gauges progress.
ADOS-2 Administration and Reporting
The ADOS-2 is the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule and is considered the gold standard in assessing individuals of all ages to assist in diagnosing autism spectrum disorders. The report may be taken to a medical doctor (pediatrician, physician, etc) who has agreed to consider making a diagnosis based on the results of the ADOS-2 assessment. Following the delivery of the report, clinicians are available for a 30-minute follow-up meeting at no cost.
The cost for this service is $450.
Diagnostic Evaluations

Speech Language Evaluations
Our certified speech language pathologists provide comprehension evaluations assessing overall communicative functioning. An evaluation will be personalized to the client based on their individual needs and may include assessment of the following areas: receptive language, expressive language, pragmatic language (social skills), articulation, stuttering, and/or voice disorders.
A full assessment can include a parent interview, formal standardized measures, informal observations and/or participation in play-based tasks. Results of the assessment will provide important information needed to guide effective therapy and inform the development of treatment plans and goals. The evaluation will be shared in detail via a written report that summarizes the results as well as outlines recommendations for implementation.
