Beth Newcomb joined The Faison Center in 2004 and has served in various roles in the school over her career, including Teacher, Program Supervisor and most recently as Senior Behavior Analyst. She is currently serving as the School Director and Head of School.
Beth is proud to work with such a dedicated group of people in order to better the lives of the individuals and families served through The Faison Center. Working for an organization that is at the forefront of providing high quality services and seeing the positive impact it has everyday keeps her motivated to take on new challenges and opportunities as the organization continues to grow.
Beth received her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education from Virginia Commonwealth University and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Richmond. She completed post-graduate coursework at Florida Institute of Technology and is a Virginia-licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst, as well as a licensed Special Education teacher. She sits on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Association for Behavior Analysis and is a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International and the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts.
